5th Grade Project 1: Perspective Tree House

Students will create a tree house using one-point perspective.  This is a method of drawing architects often use.  An organic tree will be added, and creative colors used to make each one unique.  Ask your students about one-point perspective, horizon line, vanishing point, and foreground and background!

6th Grade Project 1: Perspective Bedroom

Students will be reviewing one-point perspective by creating either their own bedroom, or a fictitious or dream bedroom, in one-point perspective.  This is a method that architects often use.  Ask your student to explain one-point perspective, the vanishing point, horizon line, and what happens to the foreground, middle ground and background in this 2D drawing.!
